We partner with a video interview provider to give candidates the ultimate flexibility to answer questions on their own time in a pre-recorded video interview. The video interviews allow candidates to express themselves and ultimately, gives our recruiting team the opportunity to 'meet' candidates in an efficient yet effective way.
