From just the one-way interview aspect: It was fairly straightforward but something about the format of the interview caught me off guard. There are 5 questions to answer. 3 minutes to prepare and 3 minutes response time. Although, the weird thing I didn't process was that it shows you have "one take" each time you're about to begin a question. By the time I was done with answering my first question, it gave me the option to submit my response or skip. This kind of gave me the impression that I had another chance to answer the question. Originally, if you have just one chance to answer a question, once you hit stop recording, it automatically uploads and moves you to the next question. By the time I got through to the 2nd question, I made a little fumble in my words and I wanted to start again then I look up the screen to see that I have "zero takes". I then realised I had messed up completely and just chose to skip the question all together and complete the rest of the interview knowing I actually just have one chance each time.
