The interview was extremely intense, I believe around 6-7 steps. In one stage you create a 15 minute presentation based on an excel spreadsheet with 5 questions. If you make it to the next step, you present it to them. In the final step, they fly you out to Dallas for "Experience Day". You are not told the salary until you receive your invitation which was lower than I anticipated. This is a very long day where you work with a group to do a similar presentation. However, the group you are working with are all gunning for the same job. I was invited in early November, but Experience Day is not until late January. Due to this, I ended up signing an offer with a different company. I appreciate all the support throughout the interview process, my only recommendation would be to shorten the timeline, graduates are eager to get their dream job and won't reject a company when there's no guarantee of an offer after experience day.

Very straightforward. It was extremely comfortable and questions were easy to answer. I appreciate them wanting to get to know me as well as my experiences. It did take over a month to hear back, though.

Exactly as the interview process described on the website. Started with a cognitive assessment, Then video interview with 5 behavioral questions. Then a technical assessment with excel and sql. Then a virtual interview with a marketing case. And finally the onsite experience day.
