The process worked in 3 stages. First round was basically assessing that you were a real person (15 min-ish with HR). Second round was general behavioral questions. Third round is an in-person day at the Dallas office with 3-5 interviews (behavioral and technical) and a case. Overall, the interviewers were kind and made the environment comfortable and welcoming. The only qualm I have was echoed by someone else on Glassdoor, which helped manage my expectations when it happened to me, but still, I think PMG may want to be careful of this in the future. One employee (with great, encouraging intentions I'm sure) made it sound like I was going to get the job. This employee said they're sure I have nothing to worry about and they'll see me back at the office. Of course this gave me false hope and I was extra disappointed when I got rejected a few days later. I'm glad someone else shared that this happened to them, as I think it helped me to manage expectations somewhat. If you're reading these reviews before going into an interview like I was, just know they don't really mean it and they're just being supportive.
