The process was fine and the company is cool, but they ended up ghosting me. When I followed up after multiple weeks of waiting post-interview, I was told people were out of the office and they hadn't made any decisions yet. Months later, still nothing. If you bring someone in for an interview, it seems pretty inappropriate to just not follow up. And if it really is taking this long to get back to someone, I can't imagine qualified candidates holding out and waiting to hear back (I've accepted a different position since).

Submitted online application and was invited to take an aptitude test the next day. After taking the test, I was invited to schedule a phone interview within the next couple of days. The interviewer was nice enough, but extremely disorganized and didn't seem to know what to ask me. They thoroughly explained the position and said I matched the qualifications of what they were looking for. The call took about 30 minutes, and I was told I "would be receiving a call to schedule an in-person interview," but that it may be a few weeks because they didn't have enough candidates to move forward yet. A week later, I received an email that because so many great candidates had applied, they couldn't move forward. Overall, very misleading on the interviewer's part.
