The interview process itself was very pleasant. Talent reached out to me, I did a phone screen with them followed by a video call with someone on the team and then an additional two video calls with people I would be working with. Everyone was very nice, the interviews themselves were more conversational than grilling and I left all 4 feeling good. In my final interview the person I spoke to gave me immediate feedback that I would be a good fit. A week passed so I reached out to the recruiter. No response. Reach out again, get a response that he's looking into it. Another week passes (two-weeks since my final interview) I reach out again, and was completely ghosted. Have still not heard back from him at all. I understand that everyone is busy and I even understand if they went in a different direction. But it's really unacceptable to not even get a response to an email after getting so far in the interview process. Ultimately a big waste of everyone's time and very unprofessional.
