I had two interviews after the initial telephone. At the time, there was a mix of middle managers and a night shift Superintendent. Overall, I was impressed with two for the seven and realized that the director at the time was very lacking in personality. That didn't deter me, I was laid off and nearly 56 years old. The others were just "going through the motions" and I could sense that they were lacking the skills and knowledge that most middle managers possess.
