There was a super day in early 2022. I met with 4 different individual from Fixed Income, Asset-Backed Securities, and FIG. Everyone was amazing and truly wonderful. Most of them asked fit based questions

Interview
Quick phone interview that ask a few fit questions and then a couple of technical/critical thinking. Flew out to the superday a week or so later. The night before was a cocktail hour and meet and greet with employees from all of the capital markets groups. The next day I interviewed with 4 for ~20 minutes. Almost entirely fit and behavioral at this point. At then end, ranked my top groups and location preferences and received a call the next day or two about an offer.
