Interview
Cut and dry, disjointed, little left to be excited about. There seemed to be miscommunication between the recruiter and hiring manager, I was told I was going to a panel interview but only one manager attended He kept looking at his watch and seemed to want to cut the meeting earlier than the allotted hour. Then when they scheduled the second interview as the panel, it was scheduled with too little time. The managers asked generic questions and seemed uninformed of my experience. The pay range posted was far wider than the actual pay for the role which they said was based on location. This is misleading and the recruiter admitted that. For a nation-wide organization, there were red flags in communication, culture, and finding a good it. Felt like they just wanted to fill the role with someone willing and capable.
