I sat down with one of the branch managers. She reviewed my resume. She didn't ask much about what was on my resume. We spoke for about 20 minutes. The main focus was what I knew of PNC bank, what attracted me to the company. How do i feel about sales.
After the interview, She explained the job position to me.
You basically will juggle 4-5 roles. You'll be apart of everything that happens in the bank. You are responsible for meeting quotas, you may move to different branches, and set up tables at events to see if people would like to open an account.
The starting pay was on the lower end, but you had room to earn commissions.

Interviewed with both the assistant and branch manager. They were really down to earth and personable. I was called for a second interview with the regional manager. He was genuine and really wants the best people for the job he was straight forward but not intimidating at all.
