The interview process with PNC was very fast and transparent. I spoke with a few people at the career fair and then applied on their career site and my university's as well. Soon I was scheduled for an on campus interview. It was a 2:1 interview, and it was very conversational. We mostly went over my resume and I talked about my experiences. I emailed the interviewers to thank them, and got an email back the same day saying that they were going to reach out to HR to set up an interview day in Pittsburgh. They were very accommodating and let me choose a date that worked worked with my academic schedule. During the day in Pittsburgh, I had about 4 or 5 one on one interviews at their downtown office. It was mostly behavioral questions and a few relevant to the product manager role. At the end of the day, I met with one of the people from my first interview. He let me know that they were probably going to extend an offer and just had to get things formalized with HR. He also let me know which team I would be getting an offer from and who my manager would be if I accepted. Overall a quick and painless experience.
