Interview
First completed the application online through company website, receive call from recruitor within 2 days .. recruitor set up the group interview at Drexel Hill... a few managers was there listening in on the interview questions...one by one they dismissed people who did not make the cut than asked those who did to go off one by one to meet with the branch managers
behavioral questions

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Louisville, KY) in Nov 2019
Interview
The process was normal but way too long.
I was scouted by a PNC hiring manager and everything initially was by phone until they could get me an interview at a nearby branch.
I loved the manager I interviewed with and eventually had to interview for a job transfer which was also rather painless.
But the actual hiring time is ridiculously slow. We've hired people and lost them before they even started working in the branch because other jobs have a quicker hiring process.
It took me a month to find out if I had the job then another two months to start my training.
Then when transferring it took about a month and a half to move branches.
