I applied online , within a week i received a call from the NE Region HR Manager . We played phone tag for about 2 weeks. Finally got in touch, she asked some questions over the phone then we set up to have me interview the next day . I went to the corporate office in Atlanta, and interviewed with a regional manager and branch manager .It lasted about 30 mins. They asked about my work history and why I wanted to work for a bank , and told me a little bit about the position and what it entailed . They told me the next step would be to hear back from the HR Manager . ( The interview was on a Thursday I received an email on Monday to interview with additional managers) I went back for my 2nd interview , which was held at a bank branch . I was told there was only supposed to be 1 manager but there ended up being 3 and not to be intimidated. They asked me to tell them about my previous work history and what I did, they asked a lot of situational questions " What would you do if ? " " Give an example of this and what did you do ". Only 2 of the 3 managers asked questions That lasted about 15-20 mins . Again they told me the next step would be to wait to hear back from the HR Manager. I sent a follow up email to thank them for the time and consideration . Its been almost 2 weeks and Im still waiting to hear back .
