Interview
I applied online back in April, got phone interview then scheduled in person interview for the end of August. Interview was so easy and laid back. I was interviewed by the branch manager and teller lead. My role is on the float team as a teller/banker so I travel to different branches and fill in as needed. She explained the role and asked questions off a paper while taking notes. The questions were all easy. She asked me if I had any questions so I asked a few. It took another month for me to have a follow up interview, she told me before the end of the first interview she was about to take a 2 week vacation so I anticipated the wait. 2nd interview was even more relaxed and she asked a couple more questions. Got an offer which I asked for more and we negotiated a little. (From 12.50 to 12.98) Base pay is low but I get reimbursed .48/mile for travel and travel time added to my hours so it is worth it.
