Interview
There is a phone interview in the first stage with either the program head or an older analyst. This is usually the hardest hurdle to get over as it can be highly technical. If you pass, the Super Day is a round robin with usually 4-6 rooms of senior management. This is more of an interview process for senior management to evaluate whether you fit the PNC culture.

After submitting CV, credentials and cover letter you have to complete online tests before receiving video interview link and then progress to the final stage interview. Whole process took about 3 weeks from role closing time.

Several rounds. A few technical questions but mostly behavioral questions aimed at getting to know me. Recruitment office was a bit all over the place but everyone I spoke with on the team was friendly, professional and interested in getting to know me. Process was relatively quick and they were super accommodating.
