Overall, completely disappointed with the process. Many other people here already mentioned the lack of formality from recruiters and hiring managers. I just want to put emphasize in that. Such comments were completely accurate. On top of that, imagine you have been "waiting" for the next step in the process just to hear "our best salary and benefits offer... " is also below average for similar roles and then you will have to negotiate o decline offer. This could be a good opportunity if you don't have other.
