I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied to PNC in December and the recruiter called me to inform me I had been selected for a Super Day in Pittsburgh in February. I scheduled my flight one week before the interview, and on the day of the flight, on my way to the airport, the recruiter called me and told me she had just read my application and that PNC does not sponsor international students. PNC management never thought to inquire whether I was international during the application or first round interview, in which I actually mentioned to the interviewer I was foreign. I told the recruiter that international students can legally work during summer internships without sponsorship, however, the recruiter did not budge nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. I had to turn the cab back around to go home after I had packed, booked my flight and hotel and spent 12+ hours studying for the interview. I hope they do not repeat this with other candidates.

Interview
Two interview process. Back to back interviews with current analysts. Very nice. Few technical questions a lot more behavioral/situational type of questions. Looking for people who are willing to learn and want to learn
It was very good. They made it very conversational and were very nice. The people were understanding and they asked a lot of questions about the position. I did not feel stressed during the process.
Very easy going, I enjoyed meeting with them and hearing from the hiring staff and team. Cool place to work at it seems like. If you want to interview and apply, you should!
