Interview
The interview process went very well. I applied in the beginning of the month. two days later, I received an email to complete the assessment. After the assessment was completed, HR reached out via email to schedule an interview. After the interview, I was told that she would be forwarding my. name to the branch manager for an in person interview. I also received an email giving consent to a credit/background check. the interview was scheduled for the following Monday. I was lucky to have the time to prepare because I would have to drive 3 hours to the branch because I wanted to relocate to the town it was in. the branch interview went very well. talked a lot and all was well. she talked to me about training and explained that she wanted me to be in consideration for multiple roles. I of course became excited. She said HR would be contacting me within two days about scheduling my interview with regionals. HR contacted me three days later and my interview with regionals was about the following Monday. Regional interview was via phone and was ehhh. she seemed kinda interested and eventually warmed up as the interview went on. when it ended, she told me HR would be reaching out again with a decision within two/three days and no matter what I should expect a call/email whether its a yes or no. I didnt hear from HR at all. as days went by, I reached out and she told me that she would look into and that I'll have an answer the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went.... Then Thursday, I received an automated email saying I was no longer in consideration. Complete let down. I then reached out to HR to ask if the rejection was for both positions or the one I just applied for and could she possibly give me any tips based off what the interviewers noted on. I. never got reply and that was a week ago. Overall all three interviews went very well, I thought I built some good rapport with the interviewers but no luck. Majority of the questions were "Tell me about a time......."

Interviewed with both the assistant and branch manager. They were really down to earth and personable. I was called for a second interview with the regional manager. He was genuine and really wants the best people for the job he was straight forward but not intimidating at all.
