I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I was an out-of-market candidate, so they provided me with a paid flight to and one night hotel stay in Pittsburgh. Night before the interviews they had a little meet and greet with some of the senior leadership team and the candidates that can attend. The next day was "Super Day" where you have three rounds of interviews with two people different people conducting each round. One of the conductors (my first of the day) was a little more uptight and less personable, but my last two interviews were very conversational and more upbeat. They provided breakfast and lunch since we were there from 7:30am to 12pm.
Received an email for the first interview via Hirevue. The process has one week time to complete. It has three practice questions. The interview via Hirevue doesn't have to complete in one seat.
2 stages phone interview and then they fly you out to a superday.
I had 3 interviews on the superday.
From my experience and what I hear all the development programs are focused on the cultural fit. They want to know why pnc and if your a good fit for their culture. Internally the culture is really centered around building relationships.

Interview
It took place over Hirevue. It was a straight forward process with a few questions. These questions revolved around knowledge about the company as well as the position. It was fairly easy questions to respond to. There were no creative questions that made me think outside of the box
