Purely networking, hard to get your foot in the door unless you yourself reach out to employee(s) and those who are in the position you desire. Followed by super day, which was virtual in my experience. Don't act like you know everything, it is okay to say "I don't know".
Easy with an OA and behavioral interview later. The OA was very math heavy. The interviewer was very friendly. I didn't like the company however that much so I rejected.
