I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Erie, PA) in May 2023
Interview
I was reached out to by the recruiter on Indeed. The recruiter informed me that they were interested in my resume and would like me to apply for the position because they think I would be a great fit. Did an initial interview with the recruiter that went well and then was scheduled to a second interview with the Branch Manager. After the interview with the Branch Manager, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week. I sent a thank you email to each individual I interviewed with and received no response. I never received a response to follow up on the last round of interview and followed up with the recruiter. The recruiter ghosted me and never responded until three weeks later and I received the generic “we’ve moved on with another candidate.” None of the interviews seemed very personable and the people at the branch itself seemed stuck up and almost better than anyone else.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group
Interview
It was a typical three round interview. I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then interviewed with the branch manager. Lastly, I had a video/phone interview with a regional manager.
