I interviewed as part of their Women's Leadership conference in September. I had two rounds of interviews with two interviewers in each round. The women who interviewed me were absolutely amazing--kind, encouraging, and engaging. The interview felt less like an interview and more like a conversation.

Interview
Hirevue interview and then formal interview for internship. Followed up with decision if you got the job or not. Overall process was pretty standard for internship interview. There is a standard panel of interviewers.

Applied online then was invited to complete the hirevue. Was called a few weeks later and invited to the superday. The interview was very casual and conversational, no technical questions asked. Mostly behavioral questions. The interview consisted of two half hour interviews with 1-2 interviewers each.
