I got invited to a superday after a 1:1 interview at my school. The superday was very odd, unlike anything I´ve read or heard from other companies. You did not interview for a specific position, department, or location. They just brought everyone that they wanted to interview for any of their positions to Pittsburg. The superday consisted of five 15 minute interview. I didn´t feel like this was enough time, and from speaking with the interviewers (who were interviewing 3 candidates every 50 minutes) they seemed to agree. The questions were not dificult, but I was very unimpressed with the process. However, this is coming from someone who didn´t get an offer so take it with a grain of salt. It just didn´t seem like PNC knows how to interview and recruite the top candidates because they are a very fast growing company. GOOD LUCK

Brief interview where they asked the regular interview questions. Wanted to know how I was around people. Very nice interviewer—no problems really, just a very straightforward personal interview before the super day.
