I applied via Monster and heard back within a week. I got a phone call from my recruiter and had a brief conversation before I was offered the opportunity to come in for a group interview. I went in for the group interview the next day with 9 other people. After the group interview, they did a small one-on-one interview the same day. I heard back within a week and was given the official offer.

Interviewed with both the assistant and branch manager. They were really down to earth and personable. I was called for a second interview with the regional manager. He was genuine and really wants the best people for the job he was straight forward but not intimidating at all.
