Applied online, and setup an interview within a week, then I interviewed at Vancouver office. Two you men very pleasant and encouraging came to interview me. They were very nice, and helped me with the interview questions. The only negative part is that they asked me to code in C#, and use particular data structure instead of what I was comfortable coding with. They were looking into particular answer, and type of reply. They asked a lot of questions about my back ground, then I explained the work I have had done. I did not find them seriously seeking, they were cool and seemed there were there to do window shopping ... They had so many applicant and so may people interviewing ...
