I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PPG (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Applied on company website. Received a call to set up an interview one week later. Interview was with three people (HR director, Regional Manager, General Manager). The General Manager did not seem to understand the industry he is in charge of. Questions were standard situation and behavioral style. The General manager swore several times during the interview which I thought was very unprofessional. I did not know how to take his demeanor.

Most questions were OK but when you are being peppered with questions for 1.5 hours it becomes difficult to read how you are doing and to build rapport with your potential bosses.
I had an initial Phone Screen and Virtual Interview with three people. Very open and friendly. One sales manager and two different types of territory reps. I think they were around a week apart.
