Was contacted by Proman UK's HR lady who asked a few questions over the phone and then arranged a video call interview with the Marketing Manager. The interview with the Marketing Manager, I thought, went extremely well even when I was asked rather strange questions. At the end of the interview I was told someone would be in contact to provide me with interview feedback and the next steps, however this was a lie. After multiple emails and attempts to contact both the marketing manager and the HR lady to get feedback on my interview I was ignored. Shocking behaviour, especially from a recruitment agency - they should know how important interview feedback is and definitely shouldn't have promised it or any kind of contact afterwards if they were never going to follow through.
