Recruiter reached out to me via email. I responded with times to connect with very short notice (about 10 hrs). She never got back to me. In fact I reached out to her 3 separate times by phone and email before she got back to me very late a week later. Absolutely unprofessional! Then when we finally connected she said that the position was filled that day. So, let me get this straight. I lost an opportunity to interview because you are unprofessional and lazy? Bad recruiting system.

Question 1
What times are you available tomorrow to speak about the position?
The interview had three rounds. One with a human resource HR manager, one with the hiring manager, and the final panel was done with more participants from various roles and departments.
I had 3 interviews:
1 with HR;
1 with the manager of the products team
And the last one was a follow up with the products team and the development director.
All interviews were very professionally held.
Very thorough interview process consisting of several rounds. My interviewers asked thoughtful questions. There was quite a bit of preparation required for one of the interviews. All in all, a very positive experience.
