The process was straightforward and low-stress. After submitting my application, I had a short behavioral interview where we talked about my background, teamwork, and why I was interested in SRE. The next step was a technical conversation — no live coding — where they asked about Linux basics, networking concepts, and how I would troubleshoot common issues in a production system. Both interviewers were friendly and made the discussions feel collaborative. Overall, the experience was smooth and focused more on understanding my thought process than on solving complex problems.
