It was a big waste of my time. As someone that has interviewed and hired employees, I can't imagine making a decision on a job candidate based on one question. Many people that were at the open house drove hundreds of miles and paid for a hotel to answer one question that was not even directed at your past work experience, your accomplishments or your work ethic. Think twice before you go to these open houses and spend time and money to attend. I have a CJO with another carrier who paid my way to go to an interview with air and hotel and they are willing to invest in the process of hiring the best employees. That says a lot about a company. Also they had a thorough screening process and got to know me before a decision was made. I can't say the same for PSA.
