Candidates should arrive at least 2 hours early in order to be considered. They typically allow the first 100 candidates who arrive prior to the registration time which is 7:30am. After registration, you are all taken to one room where you are asked to state you first and last name in front of the group. You then are asked a random question about customer etc. Think of this as your moment to show the judges your bubbly personality, voice projection, enthusiasm. You then are asked to read from a script which will be handed to you. Take your time and try not to stumble across in words during this reading. After all candidates have read in front of the entire room, you all will be sent off for about 30 minutes while the judges deliberate. Once returning, you will be split up into two groups. A groups that stays for one on one interviews and a group that goes home. If you are with the group that stays you will be asked about paper work and tattoos. If you have any wrist, neck, tats forget about it. People were dropping like flies, who actually made it through the last phase. This is one airline that is very strict about tattoos. After that you will visit with about three different judges, that will go over your resume and ask you various "what would you do" questions. Be honest, smile, & remember to sell them. Once you have met with all three judges you will be told that it may take up to 2 weeks to be contacted. It's been almost a week for me. Fingers are crossed. Remember!!!Remember!!!! Please dress the part for this interview. Ladies no club heals of any sort. A nice blouse with a blazer, dress pants or knee length skirt would be fine. Also closed toed shoes. And leave the MK purses at home. Keep it simple and plane. Black, blue, & grey are your best friends for this position. Always wear a white top. Fellas keep the jeans at home. Suite it up guys!!! Remember these judges will be inspecting you from head to toe. Don't eliminate yourself. They will be incision ing each person on the aircraft performing the job so dress the part! Good luck guys! :)
