I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Dayton, OH)
Interview
Group session started with each person signing in Andy being given a number based on location in line. Meeting starts with introduction of panel. 2 male any 5 female. Each has a different portion of the company presentation.
I believe recruiters want you to understand what to expect. Watched video. Stepped out for break while they set up next phase.
We were told to line up by number any take a seat. Each number was called and that person was given a question by panel member. Each panel member took notes. Each person was asked to read a portion of a safety announcement that was handed to them. After everyone was finished on that row we were seated. Process repeated until all were through.
Break. Numbers were called for the ones who were to continue the process. Paperwork was filled out and documents locked at. By name each person who was continuing on was called. This was individual interview questions and answers by 3 of the panel. We were told we would hear in two weeks.
Dress neatly, however, don't prejudge yourself. Be as relaxed as you can be. No tattoo's unless hidden by clothing. They ask. Process was professional. Now I wait for the outcome.
