Interview
I went to an open recruitment event in DC. First they introduce the company and the salary. Just for you to have an idea, they tell you all the time that the first year you will make 15K. And it seems like it doesn't matter how much you work, you will only make 15K. This is importante for them because they want "good quality" workers for petty salaries. So this a little bit discouraging. Anyway, back to the interview they make you stand up and in front of everyone (20-30-40-50..100 persons) and say your name, then they ask you a question, you answer according your experience and the best of your knowledge and then you read an announcement. Then you wait until everyone is done and you sit. This is the second "filter", after this they give a 45 minutes break and either kick you or you move forward. I moved forward to the next step, the ask you about tattoos, documents, etc. If you have everything you move to the next step, a f2f interview with 3 persons. You are asked about your experience and skills and move on to the next one. After that that say "expect an email in within two weeks" but for what I've read and my experience is less time. Anyway this was last Friday and I got an email today saying that I wasn't chose. It was a matter of 5 days to find out.
