I applied online and was invited to an open interview. The questions were exactly the same as listed on Glassdoor. The interview was at a hotel. I mingled with other applicants before we got started. We watched a video presentation about the company. The recruiters shared their history with the company and the family like vibe. They also talked about how little money you'll make the first year and the demanding schedule of being a flight attendant. They want to weed out people that aren't interested. We did a panel style interview. We answered questions in front of a panel of four and other applicants. Everyone that was dressed appropriately and answered the questions well were selected for the final interview. I got a call the next day offering me the job. My best advice is study the questions and your answers. Dress like a flight attendant! People wore sundresses and sandals.. no! Get a nice black suit you can use it in training as well. Wear modest closed toe heels. Wear makeup and hair out of your face. Males wear a nice suit. Be yourself and confident!

Application then video invite then video interview was done a few days later.Currently waiting for the next step. It only took me a few days to receive the video interview .
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
