I received an email asking for a brief personality test which then turned into a video interview, I wasn’t ready for a video interview but it was very easy to pick up where you left off if you have to! It asked a few questions to get to know you more... Why PSA, why do you want to be a flight attendant and different scenario questions. I was also asked to email someone when I had completed my video. I heard back within a few days to invite me to an in person interview in Charlotte which they covered the cost of flying, I was only responsible for my hotel over night. During the interview they started off telling a lot about the company, the normal day to day and what to expect in the first year, especially the salary which is $16,000. But there is still room for more after per diem. After they allowed time for people who felt they didn’t match to excuse themselves and then we met back to do a group exercise, where we list things your group has in common and then one trait that is unique about yourself. Then a person is to present the group. When your group is still standing they give you a random card to read aloud. It’s the safety speech at the beginning of the flight broken into small pieces. And this is to show your public speaking voice and annunciation. Then it’s a small break and after we go one by one to give our paperwork, updated resume and passport, social security cards and drivers license, making sure all our names match, including middle names. And then called one by one to do interviews. It’s 2, one with a flight attendant recruiter then with the HR recruiter. I heard back 2 days later I was accepted and now I am waiting to hear my start date of training!
