Interview
I applied online and was sent an email to do an assessment and video interview. A few days later, I was invited to a group interview (20 people) in Charlotte, NC. PSA paid for me to fly on American to Charlottle and back, but I had to pay for the hotel room. They have you wait in the cafeteria when you get there. Be sure to mingle with the people around you. Then, they bring you to a room where they share a PowerPoint about the company. Then, they have you come up in front of everyone, state your name, where you’re from, and an interesting fact about yourself. Then you read an announcement aloud. You break for lunch and they bring you back to the room and call you one by one for the interview. They said they’d let me know in a week, but I received the email about an hour later.
