Just be yourself . No nose piercings if you have one . They really like for you to be prepared so have resume , driver license , social , or passport on hand . High waist skirt either navy or black with long sleeve button down pearls or simple earrings and panty hoes they really like you to look the part that's what the first part of the interview is just looks and they ask you a random question and then they give you a card to read from just smile a lot second part is the one on one interview they just want to test you on customer service and give you a bunch of situations to see if you can think on your toes and to see how calm you can be under pressure the interview isn't hard just gotta make your self stand out
