Interview
Applied online. In a few days got an email for video interview. I waited last minute, so I sent it in four days later. About two days later I was emailed to schedule group interview. They flew me out the date I chose two days later. They explained the job etc, had to answer an easy question in front of the group about (30people). And read a 2 sentence script. Then later had 2 one on ones back to back. But others were being interviewed in the same room at the same time. Set up like speed dating. I left to the airport to go home afterwards. And received and email saying I was offered the position. After a few more emails and setting a class date. I was sent the info packet for training a week later. Red flag- most of the stuff was different from what I remember them saying at the interview. Next, u will have to do a drug test and background check before training. I was rudely asked several times if this was completed after I was never sent info on how and where to do that. Training was supposed to be postponed because of this, but they decided to ghost me and no responses from anyone. Everything was great up until that point. Interview was so much fun. But all that time waisted. This is just my situation and opinion, so apply at your on risk. I know people who never had this issue. I’m just sticking to mainlines airlines now. plus they pay more.
