2 days after my video interview, I received an invitation to the face-to-face interview.
My face-to-face was about 5 days later.
It’s a group interview that lasts for up to 5 hours. For the first 30 minutes, they give you a presentation on the company, what they’re looking for and what it’s like to be an FA.
After that if you decide it’s not for you, they give you a chance to leave.
After this, you are given a card to read and you also must give a fun fact about yourself in front of the group.
After this is a 30 minute lunch, then they interview you one on one in the order of the numbers they have. If you have a larger number, you’re probably going to be one of the last to be interviewed.
I received my CJO in an email an hour after my interview.
Don’t listen to any negative reviews. Please know, they are looking for individuals who will stick with the company long term, so if you are unable to relocate or consistently commute to one of their bases, forget it.
If you have tattoos, forget it. They try and make it seem okay as long as they aren’t visible, but they typically turn you away for any tattoos.
The pay is only $16,000 a year; they repeat this. You must be able to explain to them how you plan to live on this salary.
They mention in the presentation that you will be away from home 21 days out of the month, if you have a family and can’t commit to this, forget it.
You must have a passport for this position, no exceptions.
Every question on Glassdoor was asked, I suggest keeping your answers straight and to the point, you don’t need to give them your life story.
