I applied online with them. I then did the assessment shortly after. Within 3 days of that I was offered a video interview. Once I did that I was emailed for a Face to Face Interview. I arrived 18 minutes early. (They tell to arrive no later than 15 minutes early) One of the recruiters came to the lobby and walked me to the interview room. You sign in and then they provide you with a group number. While in the groups they give a brief presentation about the company and then there is an activity. After the activity everyone goes in to the lobby and they call your group in for an interview. (I advise you to sit in the first seat so you can answer first) They ask a question and then go down the line to hear all of the candidates answers. Once you finish that you’ll be asked to wait back in the lobby. One every group has went they’ll call everyone back to the room and go over another presentation. During that they will call you out one by one for an individual interview. Overall such an amazing experience!

Application then video invite then video interview was done a few days later.Currently waiting for the next step. It only took me a few days to receive the video interview .
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
