They start with the video interview and if yo successfully pass you are flown into Charlotte to do a F2F interview. I believe there was about 20 of us. We first did a group activity, then a broken down group interview and then an individual face to face interview.

Application then video invite then video interview was done a few days later.Currently waiting for the next step. It only took me a few days to receive the video interview .
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
