Interview
Applied online got offered a video interview. Passed the video interview and was emailed on a Monday offering two dates for either Wednesday or Thursday of that week. Limited spots available. I chose to be flown out Wednesday to be interviewed Thursday.
Arrived to the facility and checked in and had to go sit in the cafeteria until they called us to line up. We went upstairs and signed in. They ask to see passports, resumes, and if you have any tattoos. They ask to see them and tell you to make sure you cover it with the uniform. Then we got assigned a group number and went into another room and sat with our group.
That is where you complete the group activity. It was fun and it made things easy to get comfortable with everyone. After the group activity we started with the panel interview. You and your group get brought into another room and sat in front of three recruiters and answered 4 questions. You then go back into the group activity room and watch a presentation from a current FA. And wait for everyone else's group to get done with their group interviews. Once everyone gets back we had a snack break.
Then came the 1 on 1. They just re-ask you your criminal background and like two questions about your resume and ask how soon could you start. Then they walk you out letting you know you will find something out in 2 to 5 days. I found out in 4 days that i did not receive a CJO.
Not sure if the recruiters were trying to look intimidating or just weren't friendly or welcoming. The only person that was excited and welcoming was the FA that was hosting. Over all the experience was fun and way less intimidating than what I expected.
