I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Vandalia, OH) in Jan 2018
Interview
The day started with a group meeting of pilot candidates. Following that was a written test covering ATP questions. Next there is a panel interview with the Chief pilot, a line captain and the Human Resources recruiter. If you passed everything so far there may or may not be a simulator eval in a small non-motion sim covering take-offs, climb to altitude following vectors to a hold, perform the entry then copy clearance for an approach. Brief the approach. Fly the approach to minimums. Land or go missed.

Question 1
Chief pilot, acting as ATC gave a clearance with a climb, a heading to turn to, a fix to navigate to and a hold.
Straight forward with very little trick questions. Just be ready to answer some basic questions on interpreting metars and tags. They ask about jepp charts also so be ready to answer questions about those.
It is a very smooth process, I really enjoyed the interview myself. I will recommend to apply the job to anyone who is interested in the position. Do your best

Question 1
In Preflight, during the walk around you notice some wires on the tire (not in best conditions). You tell the Captain about the situation and he says it’s alright, it’s not a safety issue, don’t worry. We don’t wanna delay more the flight. What would you do?
