Introduction and presentation of the company and job requirements, then time for Q&A followed by being paired up with a partner. After a 15 minute break you and your partner takes turns introducing each other and telling the rest of the group why they would make a great flight attendant. After your presentation you get to answer 1 question which you pick out of a bowl on the spot. 20 minute break and then the names of the ones who made is to round 2 at called. This cut our group pretty much in half. They then have you fill out a questionnaire and write a short letter to a customer complaint. Another break, after which they call people on for the one on one interview where they ask you pretty standard questions. The whole process was very organized and all the recruiters were super nice.
