The interview process was actually very easy. In the beginning they ask you to get there early that is part of the process believe it or not. Then they speak to you about the company and let you know that pay is very little, and if you don't like it you are more than welcome to leave. After the company overview they make everyone come up front and they ask them a question. After you answer your question you then have to read from a placard. After this you have a 45 minute break while the panel is over going over everyone's interview. After you meet back up you are split into two groups those that made it and those that did not. I was in the group that did and I had passed my 2 phase of my interview. I did really good on my one on one interview and they would call me in a week to tell me if I had passed or not. Over all I think I did really well and I am really excited about the experience.
