I applied online, as well as completed an assessment. Received video interview 1 day later. After completing video interview I was invited to Charlotte NC for F2F interview. It was more so of a group setting. Beginning of the interview you are introducing yourself to the group and reading a FA announcement. 2nd half the groups are split up into 2 and you’re completing a panel interview with 2 questions which are scenario based. Make sure you’re using the STAR method that’s what they look for. 3rd part you are giving a presentation of the company and allowed to ask any questions. Lastly, you are presented with you 1 on 1 interview with a recruiter there they will ask you general questions..Why PSA? Why do you want to be a flight attendant?..In some cases I believe they offer CJOs the day off, and in other cases they may not.

Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
