Interview
Applied June 2023. PSA’s interview process compared to other airlines is quick and fair. A day after submitting my online application, received the invitation to do a virtual interview which consists of 4 timed questions (30 seconds after reading the question to prepare before recording starts). 2 hours after submitting the video, received the invitation to participate for a 5-hour F2F interview process in Charlotte, NC at Holiday Inn Hotel, the following week. They covered for my departure and return flights. 4 days after, received a TBNT email.
