I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Savannah, GA)
Interview
Show up to the open house, show up early and dress professionaly, try to look as a flight attendant would. Suit, hair pulled back, professional, closed-toe shoes and make up with lipstick but not overly done. Register. I would try to sign in after the first 10-15 people would. You go in and they talk about the role and requirements. Sit up straight, take notes and smile. Thank the recruiters and make eye contact. You come back into the conference room after a short break in order of registration. You will go up in rows and answer a random question it might be about operations, customer service or random. They're looking at quick thinking. You will then read a part of an Inflight announcement aloud. Please read slowly, don't trip up and put some personality into it. Another break until they decide who to eliminate. They'll put people into two rooms. They'll tell one room to go home and the other to stay. After this, they'll check your paperwork. You'll do three short interviews with behavioral questions and questions about your resume and readiness for the position. They'll let you know if you have the position within 2 weeks via email.
