Interview
The interview process was neither good nor bad. I went to an open house in Charlotte 8/9/15, and there were about 100 people in attendance. After being there for several hours, we were asked only one question each, and told to read from a note card. One question was all we were asked before we got separated into "interview groups".When they selected the candidates to continue on, we were all told that we would be split into 2 groups for easier interviewing. In reality, they just split us into 2 groups to eliminate 1group. I was in the group that was sent to another room and eliminated and told that I can apply again in 6 months. My gripe is: Why lie and tell the 1 group that they are going to interview, send them to a different room and eliminate them, when you could simply thank them where they are, and tell them that they are not selected. The extra step does not make it any easier on the person being eliminated.
