I heard back less than a week after submitting my application that i got a virtual interview. The virtual interview was just me recording myself and answering questions. They will ask multiple questions, typically 2 at a time. The time limit is 1 minute and then it will just stop on its own. You don't get to redo it so be sure not to ramble. The one I remember most is "What do you think it means to be a reliable worker?" I said to always be checking the schedule and taking into account any delays such as traffic or weather and being prepared. It's short bc they don't give you much time to prepare for the questions before it just starts to record on its own so be sure to do research of possible questions! I did get invited for the F2F which they flew me out to Charlotte for and had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Now in the email they said the shuttle ran every 15 to 30min, but it really runs every few hours so be sure to account for that when you pick your flight time. Make sure to dress buisness professional. They brought everyone to the room, sign in, check the height requirement, and assign a number. Everyone sits down and then they will call ppl up in the number order that was given. We were instructed to walk down the aisle, probably the size of the aisle on an aircraft, stand in front of everyone, state your name, where you're from, a time where you had to show empathy towards a customer and the result, and then we and to read part of what the fight attendants read before take off. You don't know what part you get so you're cold reading it. You have to remember everything, try to be calm, and smile. I know ppl that didn't say where they were from and didn't get the job so just follow the directions. We took a break and then they went over the company info and what it looks like to be a flight attendant salary and lifestyle wise. They are very transparent regarding this which i appreciated. Be sure to ask a question(s) at the end. We took another break. They broke us into groups and asked us each 2 questions. Others got more difficult questions sure to experience prior so they are fair about who gets what questions. Mine was "a passenger is on the plane and says he's had a terrible experience and will never fly with us again how do you respond" i said i would apologize for his experience and ask what happened and would go from there to try to make his experience from that point on better, whatever was within my capabilities. The other question was "a passenger has made serveral complaints and is getting very vocal about the crying baby in the seat next to him. What do you do?" I said i would check if there were any open seats available and move the passenger. One girl had a question that was"a passenger has been very flirtatious during the flight and now while deboarding, is asking for your number or social media. How would you go about the situation? " she got really nervous and didn't really answer but i believe the correct answer would be to kindly reject the passenger as i would be working and in uniform so i would be representing the company. We took another break and then they called us by number for the in person interview. They went over the resume asked "why do you want to be a flight attendant for PSA" I said i had on a fight worked by them in the past and everyone was really friendly and i wanted to be apart of that kinda team. I said i wanted to be a flight attendant to meet a diversity of people and couldn't think of a more diverse place than the airport. They asked a couple more basic interview questions so just look up questions before hand. And that was it. I was notified before i got on my flight back home the same day that i got the job!
